3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Pavilion888 provides a variety of safe and convenient payment methods for Malaysia users. The following conditions govern financial transactions on our platform:

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is set at RM 20 for most payment methods. This limit may vary depending on the selected method.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned, subject to applicable processing fee deductions.
• Deposits processed via FPX, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay will be credited to your account within 30 seconds of bank confirmation.
• For deposits made via USDT and other crypto methods, credits will be processed once the required blockchain confirmation is received, typically within 10 to 30 minutes.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal is set at RM 50. Requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or e-wallet used for your most recent deposit, as an anti-money laundering security measure.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on your chosen payment method and account KYC verification status.

Pavilion888's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
